Equipment for your baby is available : high chair, bed, bath chair.

We have a list of nannies available at the resort to look after your children.
Birthday 
If you would like to organize something special on this occasion, please contact us, we will be happy to help you with this surprise.
Booking

Bus
During the opening of the station, free shuttles circulate throughout the station, connecting Les Allues to Mottaret. The nearest bus stop is to the right of the chalet up the street. The schedules are available at the bus stop or directly on this website.

C

Catering
In collaboration with a local restaurant, it’s possible to organize several catering services : “Catering” formula or dinner in the presence of a chef. We advise you to book this service in advance (high demand). You will also find all our restaurant suggestions in Méribel and the surrounding area in the “Restaurant suggestions” section.

Check out
We thank you for leaving the premises no later than 10:00 a.m. In order to facilitate check out on D-Day, we would be grateful if you could let us know your exact departure time in advance. If you have noticed any malfunctions during your stay or if you have thought of improvements, we would be grateful if you would let us know
Car park
The chalet has a private car park, which will be cleared by us in winter. For safety reasons, when you wish to leave Méribel, we advise you to back up to the entrance of the chalet and then go up the road to go turn higher.

Damage
We inform our kind customers that any degradation or deterioration committed in the chalet will be invoiced for the amount of damage observed.

Dealy Cleaning
In winter, our butler will take care of cleaning the main rooms of the chalet and will ensure the implementation of breakfast (food not supplied) 6 days a week for 3 hours each morning. Bedroom and pool towels will be changed once in the middle of the week. Changes of sheets during the stay or cleaning are not included in the service and will be invoiced.
Drinks
Bottles of alcohol are available in the chalet kitchen. Each bottle opened will be invoiced, the prices are indicated in the “Wine Menu” section (no price per glass). Tea & coffee will be made available.

Fireplace
Firewood is available on the balcony outside the living room. Thank you for observing the greatest caution regarding the use of the fireplace and the safety of children and for only using the wood necessary for your comfort.
Fire
The chalet is equipped with a fire extinguisher, you will find them in the cellar, in the entrance, in the ski room, and under the stairs. If you see a fire starting, don’t hesitate to use it and contact the fire department by dialing 18. Smoke detectors are also installed.

Game
We provide you with Play Station 5 video games, board games and Nintendo Switch video games in the games room. We ask you to take the greatest care to use them in good conditions and to ensure that each part is returned to its original box.
Guaranteee
The deposit will be returned to you within a maximum of 15 days if no damage is found in the chalet. We will get in touch with you as soon as possible for any problem noted at the end of your stay.

Heater
The chalet is completely heated with a pellet boiler. To change the temperature of each room, simply turn the thermostat of each radiator (bottom right). For information, setting “3” corresponds to an ambient temperature of 20°C.

Indoor swimming pool
Access is via a push button located above the pool entrance door. This device guarantees enhanced safety for the youngest. Nevertheless, it does not replace their monitoring in this space. Under no circumstances can our responsibility be engaged.
The depth of the pool is 1.40m, and we remind you that it’s formally we advise you not to run around the pool.

K

Key Box
A key box is located on the window sill of bedroom 3. To open it, simply enter the code : 2022. It’s recommended that you put this key back in the box after each use.

Laundry Service
We can drop off your clothes in a local laundry.
Deadlines & prices will be communicated to you depending on the nature of your request.
Laundry Room
The chalet’s laundry room is equipped with a washing machine and a dryer, you can use them at your discretion. Concerning the linen stored in this room, it’s not for free use and will be invoiced.

Massage

Massages are possible at the chalet during the day and in the evening in your private treatment room, cocooning guaranteed. We advise you to book your time slots as soon as possible, especially between 5 p.m. and 7 p.m. Contact our masseuses & Prices from the “Massages & Prices” section or on the WhatsApp group.

Rental of ski
In winter, a shuttle ranging from the chalet to the Eskale skishop to the center of Méribel, will be carried out by the butler 2 times a day, (only in the event of a ski rental in our Eskale skishop).

Safe
An individual electronic safe is at your disposal in all the wardrobes of the chalet’s bedrooms. We invite you to deposit your valuables inside. We can’t be held responsible for the disappearance of valuables or cash left outside the safe.
Safety
Before leaving the chalet, please check that the access doors are properly locked. Remember to keep your valuables in the safe in your room.

Sauna

We recommend that you heat the sauna for 1 hour before your use. To turn it on, simply press the center button. You can change the temperature, turning this same button : 80 degrees is a recommended temperature. After use please think about turning it off by reporting on the center button.
Ski room
Located to the right of the entrance to the chalet, you can directly access the ski room from the outside. Remember, the access code is 1963
The room is equipped with boot dryers which will diffuse heated air between 6am and 10am during winter. We would be grateful if you did not walk with your ski boots in the other rooms of the chalet.
Smoker – Non-Smocker
Please smoke outside the chalet and use the ashtrays provided.

Sonos

The chalet is equipped with Sonos speakers that allow music to be put in the desired rooms (living room, swimming pool, games room, cinema). To connect via an Android, simply connect to the chalet wifi and then caster your music. If you have an iPhone please follow this link. 

T

Taxi
In collaboration with local taxis, it’s possible to organize shuttles for your trips. It’s recommended to book in advance to reduce the wait.

Television
Televisions and cinema are equipped with the “Smart TV” functionality which will allow you to use your own accounts (Canal+, Netflix, YouTube, etc.) 

W

Waste recycling
We would be grateful if you would respect selective sorting in the management of your waste, as our municipality recommends. Méribel has put in place 3 types of bins : gray for household waste, yellow for packaging and green for glass. They are on the other side of the chalet going up the street on your left.
