Booking conditions:
The reservation will be considered firm and final upon receipt of the deposit which amounts to 40% of the price of the stay, the rental contract and a copy of the tenant’s identity document.
The balance of the stay must be paid 6 weeks before the date of arrival.
For any reservation made within 6 weeks before the arrival date, full pre-payment will be requested.
The payment of the deposit and the balance of the stay will be made by check or by bank transfer.
The tourist tax amounts to 1.76€/adult/night and will be paid in addition at the end of the stay.
A deposit of €5,000 is requested at the time of the stay. it will be returned after verification of the chalet within 15 days
Animals are not accepted, the chalet is non-smoking.
Cancellation condition:
If cancellation by the customer, the following costs will be retained:
If the cancellation occurs more than 45 days (6 weeks) before the date of arrival, the deposit will be retained as compensation.
If the cancellation occurs within 45 days (6 weeks) before your arrival, the full payment for your stay will be retained as compensation.4
